In-Car Training

  • Part 2 driver assessment
  • Part 3 PDI development, role-play, fundamental foundation skills, lesson planning, route planning, core competencies, Part 3 marking system, learn to drive syllabus etc.

Observed Training

I will observe you conducting a driving lesson with a learner driver and this approach has proven very effective for Coaching Development and Standards Check Training. This opportunity is the best way of seeing the individual in their working environment. Constructive feedback will highlight areas for improvement and provide targeted guidance on how you can improve and develop your skills.

Buddy Up

Share the cost and learn from others by getting 2 or 3 of your PDI/ADI colleagues together on a full-day or half-day training basis.  We can look at coaching techniques, skills development, lesson planning and compare individual teaching styles, the driving syllabus, and various other areas you want to develop. Plus, a good bit of “craic” with your colleagues.

Workshops / Presentations

IMAC-Driving Instructor Training is also available to deliver workshops/presentations to large groups such as local associations.
